Dr B. Lalli leads Love That Smile with a calm, detailed and honest approach to orthodontic care. After working as a general dentist, he completed his specialist orthodontic training in Sydney in 2003 and has been practising as an orthodontist ever since.
Known for his clinical precision and low-profile approach, Dr Lalli focuses on doing the work properly: careful diagnosis, thoughtful planning and treatment designed around each patient’s long-term bite, function and smile.

Dr Meli Chacón
Dr Meli Chacón brings an academic and highly detailed perspective to the Love That Smile team. After completing her orthodontic training in Seville, she worked as an orthodontist in the UK before moving to Sydney, where she has taught at the University of Sydney and worked across private clinical settings.
Her background includes a doctoral thesis on rapid maxillary expansion and published academic work on surgery-first orthognathic treatment. She is also the founder of DENS Academy, where she teaches orthodontic concepts to dental professionals.
