I recently visited Pittwater Orthodontics after not being there for almost 10 years, and I was genuinely blown away. The team is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional clinics I’ve ever come across.
What meant the most was that they actually remembered me and took a genuine interest in how life had been since my last visit. I was only back in the country for a brief visit, and they were able to schedule me in at quite short notice, which I truly appreciated.
Their level of care, warmth, and experience is remarkable. It’s rare to find a clinic that makes you feel so genuinely valued. I highly recommend Pittwater Orthodontics to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care at Pittwater Orthodontics! From our very first visit, we were warmly welcomed by Jo, the receptionist, who is an absolute gem. Her friendly demeanour and willingness to help with scheduling and answering any questions made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jo truly goes above and beyond to accommodate all our appointment needs, making you feel like a valued part of their practice.
Dr. Lalli and Dr. Melli are outstanding orthodontists who take the time to explain every step of the treatment process. Their expertise and professionalism shine through in every appointment. They are incredibly attentive and ensure that both my daughter and I feel comfortable and informed about her treatment plan. The communication is top-notch; they take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we may have, which really puts us at ease.
The efficiency of the practice is remarkable. Appointments are well-organised, and we never had to wait long to be seen, which is a huge plus for a busy family. The team is always punctual and respectful of our time.
We were also impressed with the flexible pricing plans offered. This made it more manageable for us to budget for my daughter's orthodontic care without compromising on quality. It’s great to see a practice that truly considers the financial aspect and provides options to make treatment accessible.
Now, let's talk about the results! My daughter's teeth look absolutely amazing! The transformation has not only improved her smile but also her confidence. She walks into any room with a beautiful smile that lights up her face, and it’s wonderful to see her so self-assured.
Overall, our experience at Pittwater Orthodontics has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic care. Thank you to Jo, Dr. Lalli, and Dr. Melli for making this journey so positive and rewarding!

Dr Lalli and his team have been amazing in treating our two daughters over the years. Step by step each part of their braces plan went smoothly. They needed different treatments which included having the expander, braces and beneslider all of which they have come through the other side with perfect results. The girls have always felt safe and looked after, I can honestly say they had their best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Macarthur Othodontists.

They are done an amazing job on my son’s teeth and have always been friendly and helpful. He has had a spacer to widen his top jaw, braces across his top front teeth and we are now working with a retainer.Cost were very reasonable and I have already had 2 different friends use their services after my recommendation.

I would highly recommend Macartha Orthodontics. My son had his braces from here and we were very impressed by every aspect of the service. Such a friendly team that made him feel comfortable every visit. His teeth look amazing now! We have just had my daughters Braces applied there this morning and again- very professional, extremely hygienic, and super friendly. Can’t wait to see her pearly whites in a 18 months.

Dr.Lalli, Dr.Meli, Jovita and the team provided one of the best service I’ve experienced. The knowledge and information they provided really helped me to understand the core issues to my dental flaws. The treatment plan they’ve recommended is working really well and I’m excited to see the final results. The whole team are also very nice and welcoming!!
