I recently visited Pittwater Orthodontics after not being there for almost 10 years, and I was genuinely blown away. The team is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional clinics I’ve ever come across.
What meant the most was that they actually remembered me and took a genuine interest in how life had been since my last visit. I was only back in the country for a brief visit, and they were able to schedule me in at quite short notice, which I truly appreciated.
Their level of care, warmth, and experience is remarkable. It’s rare to find a clinic that makes you feel so genuinely valued. I highly recommend Pittwater Orthodontics to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

Dr Lalli and his team have been amazing in treating our two daughters over the years. Step by step each part of their braces plan went smoothly. They needed different treatments which included having the expander, braces and beneslider all of which they have come through the other side with perfect results. The girls have always felt safe and looked after, I can honestly say they had their best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Macarthur Othodontists.

They are done an amazing job on my son’s teeth and have always been friendly and helpful. He has had a spacer to widen his top jaw, braces across his top front teeth and we are now working with a retainer.Cost were very reasonable and I have already had 2 different friends use their services after my recommendation.

We have been coming to the orthodontist for years first with myself for braces and now for my son. Everyone is very caring and make you feel comfortable they did an amazing job with my teeth and my sons teeth are starting to look much better. Very informative with consultation and price was very good as well

I would highly recommend Macartha Orthodontics. My son had his braces from here and we were very impressed by every aspect of the service. Such a friendly team that made him feel comfortable every visit. His teeth look amazing now! We have just had my daughters Braces applied there this morning and again- very professional, extremely hygienic, and super friendly. Can’t wait to see her pearly whites in a 18 months.
