Love That Smile brings together the long-standing experience of Pittwater Orthodontics and Macarthur Orthodontics under one specialist orthodontic brand.
Dr B. Lalli has been working as an orthodontist since completing his specialist training in Sydney in 2003. He later took over Macarthur Orthodontics in 2005, while Pittwater Orthodontics has been caring for the Northern Beaches community for many years. Today, both clinics share the same philosophy: honest advice, careful diagnosis and orthodontic treatment planned with patience and precision.
Over the years, our clinics have cared for thousands of patients across Pittwater, Macarthur and surrounding communities — from children starting their first orthodontic assessment to adults finally choosing to invest in their smile.

We use digital intraoral scanners to create accurate 3D models of your teeth without traditional messy impressions. This helps us assess your smile comfortably and plan treatment with greater precision.

Using advanced planning software, including tools such as Dolphin and digital orthodontic systems, we can analyse bite relationships, jaw position and tooth movement in detail before and during treatment.
